WHO we are
Alliance Resource Solutions was founded in 2009 with a vision of just what the name implies—building partnerships and alliances with others and joining resources to help achieve success for all. With experience in job skills coaching, adult learning methodology and job placement, our Founder has seen firsthand the positive impact fitting employment and meaningful activities can have on one’s life. Forming alliances with Employers and being a trusted partner is key. Helping connect someone to his or her dream job is priceless. Combined with instructional design, leadership training and talent management, recruiting became a natural next step. It’s very rewarding to see others find happiness and fulfillment in achieving their goals and dreams.
As Recruiters, we are passionate about connecting top talent with some of the best employers in the greater NYC area and nationwide. We work with Nurses, Nurse Informaticists, Nurse Managers, and Geriatric Nurses. We enjoy nurturing relationships and seeing a good fit between practitioners and clients that weave together productive, rewarding careers and excellent patient care.
